1. Choose to daily Take walks
Find sometime everyday to go for a walk, it can serve you as a natural antidepressant.
2. Choose to be in Silence
It does not matter how busy your life is, find at least 10 minutes a day to sit in complete silence.
3. Choose to eat healthy foods
Don't eat anything processed and try to stay away from sugar.
4. Choose to Make others happy
Life is better when we make others happy. Put a smile on at least three people’s faces every day. When we help other people, we are helping ourselves too.
5. Choose to not waste your energy
Don't waste your time or energy on gossiping, negative thinking, and problems from the past. Focus on the present.
6. Choose to Accept life
Although sometimes life is not fair, it is good. No matter how hard things are, there is always a better day ahead.
7. Choose to Relax
If you don't get there today, you'll get there tomorrow. Just relax.
8. Choose to Agree to disagree
You are going to feel calmer when you accept that you cannot, and you should not win every argument. Sometimes, you simply need to agree to disagree.
9. Choose not to compare
Don't waste your time or your energy on comparing your life to the life of others. Each life is special and unique in its way. We all have different journeys that are filled with happiness and sorrow.
10. Choose Gratitude
Each day, think of at least 5 things you are grateful for and write them down.
