Our policy lasts 14 days. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition received and also be in the original packaging.
What do I do if I received the wrong item or my item is defective?
If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us your order number and what is wrong with the item. We will make sure to correct the issue ASAP!

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Delivery can vary and take 6-12 business days depending on the item. Some items are made by order. You will automatically receive tracking information with each order.
I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
Since we have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.
Where do your items come from?
Happy Buddha items are made and shipped in the USA.
